Apartment house is located on the island of Ugljan, just before the beach in a small village Čeprljanda, 10 km away from the ferry Zadar-Preko. Čeprljanda a little, quiet place with no traffic, which has everything you need for your carefree holiday. Here is a shop, bars, restaurant and village markets. The apartment house has two 2 rooms apartments and one studio apartman. Both have a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. There is parking, air conditioning, internet, TV, towels and bed linen.

Behind the house is parking, as well as an outdoor barbecue. The beach is only 30 metres. Peace and silence that this place offers, are your guarantee for a pleasant holiday.To say Dalmatia, what do you imagine? Ugljan is the closest island of the Zadar archipelago, just opposite the city of Zadar, separated from it by only the Zadar Channel, exactly towards Zadar, separated from it by only a few kilometers, and is connected with many ferry lines. They call it the green island because it is covered by dense Mediterranean shrubs, pine trees, olive trees, figs, vines and other Mediterranean vegetation. Surface is 51.85 km2, the coastline is 74 km long.
