We have 3 beautiful apartments, nice, comfortable and waiting just for you to spent your holidays in the best European destination in 2016 in Zadar. Apartments can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartments are fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. They feature a sleeping room, dining area and terrace. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven and refrigerator. An iron and hair dryer are also available. Each unit features a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Bed linen are provided.

 The house is situated in very quiet neighbourhood, has a lot of parking space and it is very nice and modern. Apartments are completely equipped and beautiful. The house is very new, warm and designed with care with modern taste. You will really feel home.

The apartments are located: one on ground floor, one on first floor and one on a second floor of a new building with great sea view. This is very comfortable accommodation for couples and families (with kids) with two beds - double bed and a pull-out sofa (suitable for 2-4 people).

From the window of the apartment you have a great view: the sea, the downtown and the beautiful Croatian nature. Close to the flat there are many restaurants, bakery and pubs. You will really enjoy your holiday.

The attractive Little Prince Apartments are in the tourist complex Borik,  benefits from a perfect location only few m from the picturesque Zadar beach and from the marina.

The main public beach in Zadar's Borik is located in the northern part of the city.

The beach is mostly sandy, but there are also a big sandy beach and concrete plateau.

On the beach offer a variety of activities such as windsurfing and riding jet skis. Of course, there are the inevitable pedal, roller tubes, banana, parasailing and many others. It is also possible to rent different types of boats. Children will enjoy numerous entertainment facilities that are offered to them.

Borik is a well-known tourist destination with numerous beaches, promenades and restaurants offering an array of sports and entertainment. On the east side of the Marina Borik is a beach USKOK (Vitrenjak), which is the day spa, and in the evening becomes a beautiful seafront promenade. Beach Vitrenjak is, as its name suggests, windswept that refreshes the hot days. When the wind blows out the training sailors sailing club "Uskok", but can often be seen sailing boats and surfers. Along the beach is a playground and a volleyball court in the sand.

 Borik is one of the most beautiful city beaches. The beach is fully furnished and equipped with many amenities such as restaurants, bars, slides, playgrounds for children. The quality of the sea and the constant concern for the environment is best illustrated by the blue flag with which this beach has been awarded a number of years in succession.

Based on a three thousand year old tradition, the Zadar' s attractiveness is due greatly to its fantastic natural surrounding.

The City of Zadar is not only known for its historical and  cultural monuments but also for its amply supplied vegetable and fish markets on the peninsula (a part of the old city).

The market is daily supplied with fresh fruit and vegetables from the rich hinterland of “Ravni Kotari”, the fruitful waters of Lake Vrana and the islands of Ugljan and Pasman.

Judged by the variety of goods on offer, it is one of the largest markets in Croatia.In the direct vicinity of the “green market” is the fish market with an exceptionally diverse offer of fish and seafood, as well as salted sardines by the piece. The fish market is situated close to the promenade, where lively coloured fishing boats of all sizes lay crowded in the morning. The fishing tradition in these parts is very old (1995 marked the 1000th anniversary since the first written account of fishing in Croatia – Sali / Dugi Otok) and the most famous fishing town on the Adriatic is situated on the island of Ugljan.
