Villa Tina is about 50 meters from beach in town Vir on the island with the same name in middle Dalmatia. Villa is ideal for comfortable vacation for 10-12 people, with 5 bedrooms, 3 showers and toilette, 3 kitchens and 2 dinning rooms.

In garden is swimming pool with terrace for sun tanning and a shady place for relaxing. There is also parking space in shadow. Guest can also use barbecue and summer kitchen in open. The house has air condition, heating, cable television and washing machine.

The nearest beach is sandy, 50 meters away, and offers a lot of fun for young and older lovers of the sea. There are a lot of restaurants and inns in town; they offer different kinds of sea and meat food.

Island Vir is popular and good visited, most in high season. Before and after the season is villa Tina ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation. Pets are welcome. In town, in near vicinity are shops with food, supply is good and regular.

As the island is connected with mainland with bridge, can you be in 20 minutes with car in town Zadar, if you want to see cultural and historical monuments. In circle of 50 km there are 5 national parks, which you can visit.

Naturally there is a parking lot for your car, there is place for 3 auto, under shadows is for you a very beautiful parking space reserved for you.

Villa Tina has a big barbecue. By us is barbecue a lot used, and our barbecue offers good possibilities. Your host, Mr. Marin will like to help you.

In swimming pool, there is 110 m3 of freshwater, here you can really swim. In Villa you have almost everything. The siesta chair is especially after dinner very reserved. Grapevine and figs have a long tradition on Adriatic, and they grow in our garden. Your host, Mrs Jelena takes a lot of care for beautiful flowers in garden. On 1000 m2 of ground raises grape, figs, tangerines, simply fruit and vegetables, a lot of grass and flowers. The little visitors of beach like very much our sandy beach. n Villa Tina you can watch tv and cook, lie on couch, sleep or simply seat and watch tv. Villa has also fireplace, made for winter, but you can also use it in spring or autumn. Our bedroom are simply and modern, for really relaxing sleep comfort. If the temperature of the sea not suitable for you is, than can you an d your family find joy in swimming in our swimming pool in garden.

Our island Vir offers you a possibility for long walks in morning or evening or bicycle tours along the beach and sea. The freshness of the sea and the sea air brings a lot of people better health, especially at persons that are ill on chests.
