Apartment BABS SWISS offers a pleasant stay in a renovated large apartment for 4 to 6 people, located just 50 meters from the beautiful beach in Poljana. Poljana is located near the town of Preko on the island of Ugljan. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, which has its own parking place. The apartment is ideal for a family vacation in Poljana or a holiday for  a small group of friends.

Babs Swiss Suite is luxurious and comfortable, 120 m2 big, has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with double washbasin and shower and another one toalette. The apartment has three balconies with a beautiful view of the blue sea, in each bedroom there is one balcony and one in the kitchen. A wonderful view of Zadar and the Zadar Channel has a special beauty and charm, often staying in the memory of our guests forever as a symbol of peace and tranquility. The island of Ugljan is only 20 minutes away from Zadar. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and internet access.

There is also a large terrace on the ground floor with garden furniture and a brick outside barbecue. There is a car park and a boat mooring. Nearby is the sandy beach Jaz, which is ideal for enjoying the sea for families with children. Via the center of the island of Ugljan, I also regularly drive a ferry from Zadar, take advantage of this connection and explore the historic city of Zadar, which is expecting you with a lot of fun.

Poljana is a quiet village and harbor in the cove in the central part of the eastern coast of the island of Ugljan. Poljana is one of the oldest cities on the island, and is associated with Prekom. In the city are numerous sources of drinking water wells, and is known for its successful cultivation of vegetables. Poljana is also known for its top quality olive oil. Landscaped gardens and lush Mediterranean vegetation, especially rosemary, is what makes Poljano especially nice, and if we add to this the beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear waters, here is a little paradise. On one side of the bay is a picturesque peninsula of St. Peter with a romantic church from the thirteenth century, on the other hand, a series of beautiful houses.
