Choosing to stay in Zaglav or Sali is a very satisfying experience, apartments on beach, 7-30 meters, have good  interiors and stunning sea-views, you´ll never want to leave. Villages Sali and  Zaglav are few km appart, they are on the side of Dugi otok, that looks to mainland. Beside this two beaches you will find many small beaches  at bouth directions of the village allong the coast. Beaches are small, easy to reach, mostly rocky or concrete, but you´ll find also pebble beaches for small children.

Sali" is main cultural and prefecture center of islan Dugi Otok.Place is located on north-east coast of the island, with reach fishing tradition. In the place are situated ambulance, dentist, post office, cash machine, port-authority, library with choice of books wroten in language other than croatian, and with internet connect.

 Zaglav is another little spot on Dugi otok which will leave you breathless. Zaglav is carved in a deep bay, 4 miles Northwest from Sali and equals number of kilometers south-east of Zman. There is a small ferry dock here connecting the island with Zadar, but also the gas station, the only one in this area. This beautiful bay  Zaglav is a sport destination of the island of Dugi otok, you´ll find basketball courts, volleyball, water polo, boating, skating rink and water slide here. Despite the fact that Zaglav was listed as the cultural centre of the island in the 15th century, this place is overwhelmingly youthful, and it is also famous for the feast organized by the young islanders in the summer months, whose lustrous sounds continue until the morning. Telascica Nature Park is in the vicinity.
