Villa Sandra Kastel

This beautiful Villa Sandra with a large swimming pool has everything you can heart desires for a great holiday to your family and friends. Located in a great hillside above Kastel Sućuranca and, as such, offers magnificent views of seven castles underneath and Split. It is surrounded by greenery and trees, among which are separate places in tended garden, where you can have dinner or relax in peace with a good book, while children can safely play on the playground and on the green grass.

In the middle of this garden is the pool where you can swim, as it has a large of 8x4 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters. If your pet is welcome with us in the house you are alone and no other guests. Children, which live in cities, will certainly be happy of a friendly pets from our neighbors, and of a walk a few turtles around the house. And they can pick up fruit from the tree and ate grapes, figs and other fruits from the garden, and the cock in your family will be perhaps happy to get a spice or a healing herb for food preparation,in  a new modern kitchen or outside, by the pool, on a picnic place at the house with an outside grill . For children we have prepared a small playground, a trampoline, toys, for you there are in the garden sun and swing chairs.

Villa Sandra is situated in an ideal location, even if you like relaxing explore the surrounding area, which here is really beautiful and full of surprises. In a half-hour walk or a few minutes drive you arrive in the old part of town Split, in addition to its rich history and striking monuments and buildings from the past offers a lot of entertainment, cultural events and all sorts of other offers for all ages and every taste. Very interesting also is a small town Kastel Sucurac at the foot of the hill, to where you come in 10-15 minutes pleasant walk. There is also the first small beach, in the park Marjan, with crystal clear water.

Villa Sandra is a comfortable cottage in a peaceful and quiet surrounding, in naturel, but at the same time very close to everything you can imagine on vacation. It has three bedrooms, here can have vacation 7 + 4 persons. It is surrounded by fenced private land, for you to have relaxation, to swim in the pool, sunbathe and prepare a dinner on the area for a picnic . It has a beautiful panoramic view on Kastela Bay, Split and nearby islands, since it is located on a hill Kozjak. Villa Sandra in Kastel Sučurac is an excellent starting point for both:  hikes on the mountain Putalj to historic churches Sv.Jurija, pleasant walks in the beautiful nature in the protected park - Forest Gaj or trip, shopping in Trogir or on the island of Brac and Hvar.

Villa Sandra has new, quality equipment , large comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher, a living room with a TV and a big bathroom with a washing machine and a quality massage shower. On the whole area of Villa Sandra has a strong and good signal to connect to the wireless Internet.

"Paradise is ... a beautiful house with everything you need. Large good  pool with fountain. Places for seating, sun loungers, rocking chairs, balconies and terraces everywhere! Fresh grapes, figs, lemons grow all around . Small garden house with barbecue. And there passes a turtle and greets you. Playground for children, toys, baby equipment and a host who would do everything for you. All this in picturesque Croatia hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This is what we experienced. So we are sad because we have home. Nightmare. Her house is excellent and very comfortable, with a magical view of the whole Split. Her house is in a quiet place, which is perfect for quiet and rest. Her garden is amazing (big pool, lots of greenery and trampoline). I really recommend this holiday home if you want to experience a moment of silence and mowing with friends or family. "
