Apartments Marina Čiovo

Family House Marina is located in Slatine on the island of Ciovo on the verge of Arbanija and Slatine.The house is located on the right side of the road towards Slatine / 30m behind the yellow traffic sign with the name of Slatine, in a small street Pišćine 1, and 4700 m away from the center Trogir. The house is located in a beautiful location. It is approx. 40 meters from the beach. Nearby is the famous beach named ´Kava​​´ (´ Kava Beach´).

Holiday house Marina has 5 apartments, which are suitable for 4-6 people.

House Marin is 10 meters from the beach, / in the our other house / is apartment for 4 +1 persons. Apartment Marin is located in Arbanija near the small port at address Domovinske zahvalnosti 43b.

All apartmentsare equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. Parking is available in front of and behind the house. On the common terrace you can find a barbecue and a large table at the guests disposal. Here you will also find kitchen utensils needed to prepare the grill. In the walled garden you can find many separate corners to enjoy or any intimate moments and relaxed.

We also have a private parking place and boat´s place in the sea port in Arbanija where you can leave your boat and parking boat´s trailer .

You can also visit the town of Split, which is often called "the most beautiful city in the world," or the old Trogir "small Venice". This trip is available with a small private boat surcharge of € 5 in both directions. Then we recommend you visit the monastery the "Gospa of Prizidnice", which is located just a few kilometres away from Slatina, near the sea and surrounded by pine-trees.

Centre of place Slatine is located 3000 m from the house Marina.

Apartment B-4 people /50m2 / is located on the first floor.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, terrace of 20m2 with a partial sea view.

Guests of this apartment is at the service of Barbecue in the garden outside the house.

Apartment C4+1 persons - For four people plus extra bed, Floor area: 52m2

On the ground floor there are two separate two-bedrooms apartment C 4 +1 and D 4 persons.

Apartment C4 +1 of 52 m2 with 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, living room with sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower.

This apartment has a large terrace of 25 m2, partly covered.

In front is a separate fenced garden with barbecue and a large table and chairs.

Apartment D- A4 - For four people, Floor area: 43m2

On the ground floor houseMarina is this two bedrooms apartment of 43 m3.

Suite D-4 consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom , balcony 12m2 surrounded by greenery in a separate intimate environment. The balcony is covered and is almost a full day in the shade.

If you want to use the grill, it can in the garden outside the house.

Apartment E 5+1 osoba Floor area: 80m2

Apartment E (5+1 persons) Situated on the top floor, 80m2 big is consisting of two bigger bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other bedroom with two separate beds, a living room with a couch for an extra person, well-equipped kitchen with dish-washer, microwave oven and all necessary appliances, bathroom with shower and WC, an additional WC with washing machine. The living room has a glass door, 4m large that enables a beautiful sea-view, giving access to 25m2 large terrace.

This newly renovated apartment of 75 m2 has:

-two bedrooms / first room with a double bed and the other with two single beds /

The house "Marina" is located on the island of Čiovo,on island that is connected with city of Trogir by a bridge.On that bridge which connects Trogir and Čiovo,you should turn to the left.The house stands at the beginnings of the place called Slatine,on the border of places Arbanija and Slatine,some 4700 metres from Trogir and 30 metres after the yellow traffic sign with name of the place -Slatine and 15 metres on the right in the little street with address Piščine 1, will find our house.

The geographical "center" of Dalmatia - Čiovo island - abuts the historical core of ancient Trogir, the UNESCO-protected town, the bridges of which anchor it onto the mainland. The woods of Čiovo hide numerous places of worship, and its waters hide a wealth of marine life. Swaying branches of pine beckon you to the restful coves that they are watching over, while the developed hospitality industry presents numerous entertainment options in a more urban setting.

Čiovo - the island of runaways and solitary souls

Čiovo island has always stood in the path of conquerors. The many witnesses to this fact are today prime cultural attractions. A number of them date back to the middle ages, and of these perhaps the most valuable and famous is the monastery of the Holy Cross near Arbanija, highlighted by a gorgeous cloister and a valuable collection of medieval art.

Čiovo was once an island oasis of spiritual peace, as attested by the many beautiful sacral buildings. Our Lady of Prizidnica is a well-known sanctuary where hermit-monks have been settled since the Middle Ages. Just over a mile away lies the town of Slatine, with its priceless Romanesque church of Saint Peter. Žedno village contains a church of Saint Maurice from the fourth century, another refuge of hermit monks.

The island of Čiovo abounds in towns where idyllic joy awaits the visitor. Arbanija and Slatine are an excellent idea for a family holiday. Bušinci and Mavarštica, with their numerous shingly beaches with crystal-clear waters offer incredible views of the Central Dalmatian archipelago: Brač, Šolta and Hvar. Okrug Gornji and Okrug Donji, being Čiovo´s largest towns, are well-suited for a diverse spectrum of activities, both on their beaches and in man-made facilities.

Čiovo island - a step away from the pearls of the Adriatic

An excellent location makes Čiovo the ideal starting point for visiting the numerous landmark sites in the region. Within arm´s reach are the UNESCO-protected towns of Trogir and Split, as well as the ruins of Salona, the largest Roman settlement on Croatian soil. Nature lovers should by no means miss a trip to the Krka national park.

Čiovo is surrounded by several small islands, whose waters are ideally suited for diving and fishing. Especially notable are Kraljevac (King´s place), once a refuge for Bela IV, the King of Hungary, on the run from the Mongols, and Sveta Fumija (Saint Euphemia), crowned by the remains of an early Romanesque church and its outhouses surrounded by typical Mediterranean brush.
