Description
The fully equipped River&Sea apartments are located less than 40 meters from the beach, great for children and have a beautiful view of the sea, the price includes, among other things, a SUP board and a use of jacuzzi.
There are 4 apartments available for 2-6 persons, each apartment has two cots available. Each apartment has its own large terrace or balcony with a sofa. The apartments have air conditioning, internet, television with satellite programs, microwave oven, hair dryer, kettle and iron. Each of them has a balcony or terrace with a beautiful view on the sea. There is also a parking lot for your car and a barbecue in the yard, with a large table in the shade.
The apartments are great if you have children, because we have specially taken care of them, complete children´s equipment is available (cot, high chair, children´s cutlery), as well as players, including inflatable players for the beach. In addition, guests have access to a jacuzzi on the roof terrace and one SUP board per apartment. You can also easily rent MTB bikes. In addition, walking/trekking poles, diving/snokering equipment, inflatable things for the sea and 1 beach umbrella per apartment are available, as well as pilates/yoga equipment on the roof terrace next to the jacuzzi.
Apartments:
The studio apartment Rock 2 is located on the first floor of the house, it accommodates 2 people and is 22 m2. The kitchen and sleeping area are in the same space, it has a large, beautiful terrace.
Apartment River 2+2 is located on the ground floor of the family house. It is suitable for 4 people. The total area of the apartment is 34 m2. The apartment also has a terrace for your comfortable stay. It has a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people.
Apartment Woods 3+2 is located on the low first floor. It can easily accommodate 5 people. The total area of the apartment is 42 m2. It has a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa that can be extended into a bed for 2 people.
Apartment Sea 4+2 is on the first floor. It is suitable for 6 people and has a size of 46 m2. It has a nice terrace. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with 2 bunk beds. There is a large sofa in the living room, which is an easy bed for 2 people.
Apartment River&Sea are located a few meters from the coast of the Karin Sea, which will impress you with its clean sea and beautiful nature, which offers not only beautiful well-groomed beaches, but also a lot of wild beaches in the area. Area also has healing mud and wonderful walking and cycling paths in nature. In addition, there is the breathtaking canyon of the Zrmanja river, which will leave you speechless with its beauty.
Once a week, we organize a trekking tour along the Karišnica river to a pit with a spring, which is ideal for the whole group, a 5 km straight path. In summer, the upper part of the river dries up and it is possible to go into the pit. Once a week we also take you on a snokering trip.
Shop, bar, restaurant and pastry shop are 200 meters away.
The location of the apartments allows one-day trips to tourist attractions in the Zadar area. During your stay in Karin, you have the opportunity to visit natural beauties and various entertainment and cultural events. There are national parks Plitvička jezera, Paklenica, Severni Velebit, Kornati, Krka and nature parks Telašćica, Velebit and Vrana lake.
Donji Karin is a coastal town located at the mouth of the Karišinica and Bijela rivers. It is part of the town Benkovac and has about 100 permanent residents. The town has around 300 houses, hidden in a pine and oak forest with an ideal climate and clear sea. Karin and its surroundings stretch around a large bay called the Carinthian Sea.
Donji Karin is a quiet place, ideal for a relaxing holiday and enjoying peace on the beach. There are two shops here, a small shop and a market with fresh vegetables and fruits. This small town has a rich history, which is told by numerous archaeological excavations and the remains of Roman buildings. In the past, local residents were only engaged in fruit growing and winemaking, but today they are mainly oriented towards tourism and their offer attracts visitors from all over Europe and the world.
Donji Karin is an oasis of peace and greenery on the coast of the Karin Sea, only 30 km from Zadar. Thanks to the mixture of continental and sea climates and the rich pine forest, it is an aerial spa, a healing mud that offers very effective therapy for rheumatic diseases and bone injuries.
Besides Zadar, there are Pakoštane, Biograd na moru, Krka Falls, Paklenica, Zrmanja and other beautiful destinations for excursions. In a calm bay, into which two rivers flow and make healing mud, which today is widely known for its therapeutic effect. Mixing the mild Mediterranean climate with the continental one guarantees you a good night´s sleep. Clean sea, beautiful beaches and numerous excursions make Karin an attractive tourist destination.
