The apartment is located in a house in a quiet part of the royal city of Biograd na Moru, 1200 meters from the petrol station on the main road in the direction of Sibenik, left from Crvena Luka, on the Drava Street 3a.

Size of the apartment is 65 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with WC, kitchen with living room. It is equipped with satellite TV, microwave, refrigerator with 50 litre freezer bowl and all the rest for a normal and comfortable stay.

Before it is a 14 m2 covered terrace. This is the perfect place for a family holiday and for all those who love peace, comfort, and the city noise, heavy physical and intellectual work, after a long study and longer stays in apartments in cities.

The house is located 1.5 km from the Vrana Lake Nature Park, National Reserve of birds, rich with freshwater fish such as pike, catfish, mackerel, carp ... Around the Vrana Lake Nature Park is  bike trail to ride the beautiful nature and a little bit busy streets near the houses.

300 meters from the house is a nice children playground, at 200 meters the restaurant, at the same distance of the shopping center Bure.

In the vicinity of Biograd are the National Park Krka Waterfalls, 30 km, Kornati, Paklenica, 60 km, 190 km Plitvice Lakes, Zadar 29 km to the rich cultural attractions, sea spikes, sun salutation, Gold and Silver of Zadar ...

The apartment is an ideal place for a holiday out of season, spring and autumn, the season of fishing on Lake Vrana. Here you can also winter, the apartment has central heating.
