The house is situated 15m distance from the waterside in a mild bay of Molunat in Konavle, 40 km distance from Dubrovnik and 20 km from Dubrovnik airport.

We offer 1st floor of the house: 6 bedrooms (each with sea view), 4 bathrooms (WC + shower), 2 kitchens and 3 terraces. It can be separated in two apartments each with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and terrace

In front of the house, accross the local road, there is parking place and bathing establishment, little garden with shower, small pier and a boat for fishing and entertainement. It is very suitable house for groups (to 12 persons) and family vacations, positioned in the terraced gardens with all cultivated mediteranean fruits, oranges, figs, almonds, with flower and macchia groves that descent right down to the seashore.

The old stone house is built in 1913. The typical inner arhitecture with wooden floors and ceiling beams is restored and refurnished for comfortable family living, and for attractive tourist accomodation that became the traditional family occupation even since 1957.

MOLUNAT

Molunat is a settelment on the very south of Croatian Adriatic coast, 40 km distance from Dubrovnik and 20 km from Dubrovnik airport, connected with them by two parallel roads that pass through vast field and pitoresque villages of Konavle. Sea distance from Dubrovnik to Molunat is 18 n/m and from Cavtat 12 n/m.

Molunat disposes only of private accomodation in family homes and apartements and with camping places. There is post office, bus connection 4 times a day to Dubrovnik , grocery shop with fresh fruit and vegetables, one restaurant, 2 coffe shops, diving club and fishermen companies, pier and mooring place.

The name Molunat comes from Iliyrian and Greek name for a harbour – molos, signifying two ancient well protected ports of big and small Molunat, and the existence of old settlement confirm the archeological sites on field and under water, town walls and fortifications.

Molunat is a beautiful landscape wich together with climate enabled the growth of this, once fishermens, seafarers and farmers willage that developed into touristic resort. Molunat is ecologicaly protected area with numerous sorts of medicinal herbs, it is a vast area with exciting coast line, sandbanks, peninsulas and two islands, with christall clear sea and ambundace of fish. The big island and the peninsula are wooded with macchia, cypress and pine groves.

Because of the shape of costal configuration the climate is very mild, mediteranean. During winter daily temperatures often superate 12 oC, summers are hot but refreshed with afternoon wind maestral. Southern winds and wet autumnal seasons create dramatic and exciting scenes of the collision of sea waves against rocky coast.
