Apartments Deveron are located in Zavala, a small fishing and tourist town on the south side of the island of Hvar. The southern side, including Zavala, has a special microclimate which is suitable for people with respiratory problems such as asthma, allergies and chronic bronchitis.

 The nature and environment of Zavala, especially at Apartments Deveron, is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday for families with children and for guests tired from everyday city noise and crowds. Apartments Deveron are situated near the sea (cc 50 m) and surrounded by pine trees; during the summer heat there are plenty of sun loungers and hammocks placed where you can spend comfortable afternoons enjoying the sound of the waves, the wind and the chirping of crickets and a fireplace, where you can prepare delicious daily seafood and grilled meat dishes, is available in the Apartments Deveron garden.

Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and toilet and a large terrace with sea view. The terraces, sized from 12m² - 20m², are covered so you can enjoy them during any time of day.

     The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV / satellite, free-WIFI;

    Sailors, guests with own boats (up to 7m) can anchor them put on a private, labeled anchorage, boatmoonig which is located 10m from shore. Parking, located beside the house, has secured covered parking place for each apartment.

 For additional facilities, Zavala has two restaurants, a beach bar, café bars, pizzerias and shops.

 Walking along the shore, you will see beautiful pebble and rocky beaches in the bays and Zavala´s surrounding roads are ideal for morning or evening jogging. Not far from the shore on the south side of the island of Hvar is the island of Sčedro, a place for one day trips and visits to local authentic restaurants. The sea channel between the island of Hvar and island of Sčedro is an ideal place for surfers.

 During your stay in Apartments Deveron, we suggest you visit the town of Hvar which is a monument of culture and a modern tourism center on the island of Hvar. Rich with diverse nighttime entertainment, galleries, clubs, restaurants and discos, Hvar is great place for nightlife and shopping.

 Be sure to visit the oldest city on the island of Hvar, Stari Grad, which historically dates back to the year 2000 B.C. and which is under the auspices of UNESCO. Nearby, the great fishing town of Vrboska, which is called Little Venice, will surely delight in the evening.

 Jelsa, a small town in the midst of Hvar, is in close proximity for daily shopping tours, sporting activities or an evening of gourmet and wine tours. Jelsa is the

best place to enjoy a variety of ice cream treats.

There are many beautiful beaches near our House. You can see down some of the places close to our hose, about 100m, and some of them are far about 5 - 6km. When you arrive you can chose one of the nearest beaches and park your car for the whole period or you can explore Island Hvar.
