Pasture hut Viženčar is at ltitude 1500 m, the whole farm is 30 ha big. When you reach Cerklje, you drive toward Ambrož pod Krvavcem. Thus fortified, guests can easily ski or sled (ski equipment can be rented at the farm), and in summer conquer the nearby peaks (Veliki Zvoh, Dolge njive, Košutna, Kamniška Bistrica) on foot, on horseback, or on mountain bikes. The mountain is recognizable after 100 meters high reinforced concrete tower, transmitter RTV Slovenia, which has replaced the late eighties metal tower that was erected on the hillside in 1955. Access to the ski area is possible by a cable car, in the months without snow cover is also accessible via the paved road below Krvavec throuhg Ambrož. Chapel of Mary of the Snows on Krvavec was built in the years 1927-1929, by Aljaž´s club from Ljubljana. It is build in the alpine style by the architect Joze Plecnik. Later it came under the jurisdiction Cerklje´s parish.

Castle Strmol is from all twelve of medieval castles in the area Cerklje today the only one that has maintanted until today.
