Apartments Oleander Pisak

Our offer are a 3-bed apartment with separate bathroom and kitchen and 6-bed apartment with 2 bedrooms and kitcehn. Each of them have a balcony and a 50 m2 terrace with sea-view. We offer a grill-spot, Sat-TV, air-condition, radio, garage and a parking place. The beach is 50 m from the house. In the centre (800 m from the house, walking-distance10 minutes) of this little fishermen’s village are supermarkets, restaurants and several cafes and little yacht harbour. You can rent a boat and visit the restaurant in the bay called Vrulja, where you can enjoy a solitude beach and good Dalmatian food.

The town Omis with a good market and shopping possibilities is in vicinity of 15 km. On the other site there Makarska (10 km) and its Riviera, with its well known sea shell museum, the natural park Biokovo several sports-activities. Ester from Makarska is listed towns and places on the way to Dubrovnik, with Bascinska lakes near sea and Medjugorje in land.

Pisak is a small tourist destination on the fabulous Omis Riviera, close to the town of Omis, 5 km north of Brela and 40 km from the city of Split. Omis Riviera is famous for its beautiful coastline and pebble beaches that go on for kilometers. Pisak lies in a bay and has sandy, pebble and rocky beaches - we recommend it to families with children and water sports enthusiasts who can rent boats, go diving, sailing and surfing. In the evening, you can unwind in restaurants and konobas (local restaurants), and try traditionally prepared fish. If in Pisak, make sure to visit Vrulje springs, where you will find refreshing, cold, drinking water.

In the neighborhood of our place you have exceptional choice of sports and fun from board surfing to extremely attractive rafting on the famous river Cetina, and there is a possibility for paragliding and free climbing on mountain Biokovo. The Biokovo Botanical Garden Kotisina has been established in 1984 above the village of Kotisina, a horticultural monument (16.5 hectares) aimed at nature conservation and protection of the Biokovo plant life. If you want a good nightlife you can have fun in numerous nightclubs in nearby Makarska, Baska voda, Brela or Omis.

In Pisak you will spend really quiet and relaxing vacation and you’ll surely want to come back again. The climate in Pisak is extremely favorable and suitable for sunbathing and bathing from May to October. Especially it’s pretty before season and after season because it’s extremely warm and quiet and the prices are much lower. We have pebbled beaches; the sea is clean and convenient for children because the sea goes gradually from shallow to deep. The sea is exceptionally clean because there never was industry near us, and we have a lot of sea streams that mixed it regularly.

In that quiet and little place you have supermarket, little market with fresh fruit and vegetables and daily caught fresh fish, cafe bar and restaurants where you can eat local specialties. In Pisak you can rent a boat and go bathing on some of the smaller lonely beaches or go on one-day trip on the island Brac with boat.

Pisak is a small fishing and tourist town that has its roots in abaut year 1500, 16 kilometers south of Omis and 18 km northwest of Makarska. The place is small and picturesque with plenty of restaurants and cafes, offers a real Dalmatian atmosphere and allows everyone to rest and enjoy nature, away from city crowds and noise.

Pisak is extremely proud of the beauty, purity and beautiful beaches. Pisak is situated in a bay on the coast, even it is small, you can choose between sand, gravel and rocky beaches, we recommend it for family vacations or holidays enthusiasts and water sports. Here you can engage in diving, rent a boat and enjoy the diving, sailing and windsurfing. The resort is quiet and safe for children to play, and evenings can be complemented by visiting the restaurant and tavern where you will find friendly hosts prepared fish traditionally.

Omis is the tourist center of a 35 km long Riviera of outstanding beauty. Numerous monuments from its past are the witnesses of its history, long and glorious; besides these one can find nowadays an interesting and colorful market place, a large number of small restaurants, coffee shops, bistros, various shops including duty free ones and fashionable boutiques. All these will make your stay pleasant and fulfilled. Very good communications with the nearby Split and beautiful natural beaches of this part of the Riviera have enabled the development of tourist trade whose traces are to be seen even before the World War II. A number of small fishermen’s villages along the Riviera have had a long tourist tradition and culture.

The Cetina River and its magnificent canyon are cut into the picturesque mountainous massif in the very background of the town. On its way to the sea the river has created numerous long sandy beaches which are characteristics of this part of the coast and make it one of the most beautiful, unusual and incomparable.
