Cas´alva is a great family holiday house in a child-friendly environment in a sunny location with panoramic views. The house is accessible by public transport. Access to the house is possible by car. West terrace and courtyard, 3 car parking and a garage. Gently renovated, cozy cottage to yourselves in Feldis (the sun terrace of Graubünden, 1500 m) for large families (or 2-3 family) for 4 to 17 persons.

The winter in Feldis is a very special experience for young and old! The 2-seater chair lift takes skiers and sun lovers in a comfortable ride on the mountain Mutta. A gentle hill, offering a unique view of Piz Beverin, Tödi and Calanda group. Winter fans will find on Mutta trails for hiking, cross-country trails and at Alp Raguta a beautiful ice rink with dream views. The area is also ideal for snowshoeing, including circular panorama views.

The cottage is centrally located, set back from the walk, on sunny place in the village, 3-5 minute walk from the cable car station and shops, on quiet location. Child-friendly change. Vegetable garden. Southern weather. Parking available. Pets on request.

The easiest can Feldis be reached by cable car from Rhäzüns. The base station of the cable car is 10 minutes from Chur N13. In winter, 10-minute walk from the house, is the chair lift to the Mutta (opened in winter 2004), it offers the opportunity for skiing and snowboarding. Hiking
