Pea gravel beach, 30 meters away, is ideal spot of heavenly rest in embrace of southern sun giving tempting tan and swimming in crystal clear water. At the beach are situated shaded tables which gives some leisure from sunbathing. From shore is panoramic view of seaport Sumartin.

Host have in custom to organise welcome event for his guests: Dalmatian´s evening with local wine&meals degustation and with accompany of regional folk music. Landlord can also act as guide helping in exploring Dalmatian´s customs&culture.

Also offers his help when organise tours to astonishing places which every tourist should visit such as Zlatni Rat, Vidova Gora, Pustinja Blaca, Diocletian´s Palace in Split.

Proprietor speaks english, german and polish languages.

1,5 kilometers away from landlord apartments is his ranch. For thirsty of peace and calm visit there would be coronation whole Croatian trip. When standing in front of wooden gate and looking somewhere over horizon can be contemplate unearthly blue sky. Seeing from that perspective majestic mountains, powerful sea and fragile human more than After crossing line of the ranch are waiting for us other adventures.

You can try traditional mediterranean game called french name pétanque that is boules game. We can find there a barbeque and place where we can rest after the game or where can be organised picnic. At the ranch we can observe the variety of nature (small olive grove, almond trees, lavender field and many more herbs) and cast away from remote civilisation.

For those who want to joy view of island from another perspective we organise a trip by small boat along coastline. Definitely it brings unforgiven pleasures and emotions.

In nearby towns are organised local festivals, dance evenings or shows. That´s the best opportunity to meet with local customs and living.

RANCH

Once upon a time far, far away on the island of Brač, there was an exquisite place. It was so outstanding that the prince and princess after a long time of searching for perfect nest, decided to live there. Of course, they lived there happily ever after. We are not in actual fairy tale, but we are happy to present you the place that is close to a fairy tale place due to its uniqueness. Not to mention that prince, princess and their kids were intoxicated by remarkable view on a daily basis.

This place is in the middle of nowhere, but at the same time its location is close to everything you need. About 600 metres airline from the beautiful crystal Dalmatian sea, 1.5 kilomentres away from the „civilization“, the nearest place. We are happy to present you this extraordinary place, and will be even more happier to accommodate you in our object.

Nature and wilderness are key factor to the exceptionality of this place. There is a phrase about places in which „your dreams come true“. Let´s be realistic, the sole place cannot turn your life upside-down. But the place can increase the quality of your life to a great extent.

Surrounded purely by nature, we are sure that you will find the peace and excitement at the same time and enjoy your trip extensively. As far as the activities are concerned, you can play bowls, ride a bike, play badmington, have jogging, prepare grill, do fishing, dive, and a lot of others.

You can also explore the whole island of Brač - its land, coast and underwater – depending on your preferences. We are happy to be your hosts and help you discover many secrets of this place.

Guests will have access to three objects the main apartment with double and single bedroon, kitchen and bathroom. Furthermore, there are two more bedrooms with giant double beds. Guests can also use grill. In case they want to explore the coast, they can use the hosts´ boat and sail along the Brač´s coast.

Our tourism is based on ongoing interaction with Guests, usually with grilled fish or meat on the menu.

We are available 24 hours per day to give any information the Guest need, and to assist on daily trips on island, as well as those with the boat along the coast. if you have a desire to come in the season of picking olives (from October till December), we are happy to host you and enable you to get your own olive oli, the Dalmatian brand.

The house is situated about 30 metres from the coast. 100 metres is a distance from the beach bar, and 30 metres the distance from a restaurant.

Also, 50 m from the house there is nice beach under the significant name Santa Barbara, suitable for children.

Guest Access

Our guests are our priority - their wish is our command. Concerning the comodities, there is wireless interned access, air condition, grilling, jogging...

If you desire, it is possible to organize trips with boat, where you can get to know the whole coast along the island of Brač. Interaction with Guests We cultivate the long-lasting tradition of interaction with our Guests.

We organize bonus suppers for our Guests, mostly with grilled fish or meat. We also prepare traditional Dalmatian food, such as "karpačo", made of healthy raw fish - anchovy. Everything we prepare is spiced with the most popular Dalmatian spice - olive oil. We believe that in the good interaction with Guests lays the foundation of succeessful tourism.

The Neighborhood

This apartment is situated on the island of Brač, in small touristic place Puntinak, that belongs to Selca, place of around 800 inhabitans. Puntinak is extremely charming coastal place, ideal for having the real rest. Opposite of Puntinak, there is a place Sumartin, place of around 500 inhabitans. Sumartin is also port, connected by ferry to touristic center Makarska (45 min away by ferry).

If you want to reach the Dalmatian center and the second biggest Croatian city - Split - you have to go to Supetar, 35 km away from Selca. There are 10-12 ferry lines a day from Supetar to Split. Ride last for 50 minutes. Getting around You can in the best way win Brač by car. Brač is the biggest Dalmatian island, and the distances are rather long. There is also public transport if necessary - bus - if you want to reach local destinations.

The distance from some of the Brač´s places are as follows: Selca - 3 km Sumartin - 1.5 km Novo Selo - 5 km Povlja - 10 km Bol - 27 km Supetar - 38 km We also recommend you to visit the highest Brač´s peak, Vidova gora (778 m), with exquisite view.
