New-built modern house with 4 completely newly furnished apartments is situated in a peaceful and quiet suburb 'Mala Lozna' on the east of Postira. This house is placed with other new houses in a row on privacy and distant from the center approximately 800m, some 10-15 minute of easy walking. Grocery stores, restaurants, post office, hotels and cash-machines are in the center and 800m away from the apartment. The nearest pebble beach Mala Lozna is only 300m away from the house and it is very beautiful and suitable for children and adults. It will take you only 10 minute of easy walking to get there by the road. There is enough place and privacy for resting approximately 300 people either under the shade of pine wood or under the sun. In the small coffee bar situated on the beach you can find cold beverages or ice-creams to cool yourself.

All apartments in the house have their own entrance, their own parking place, view to the clean and clear sea of azure blue and technical equipment necessary for comfortable and pleasant stay including TV, TV satellite, barbecue and swings in front of the house. There is a freezer if one's need it and washing machine on request.

Apartment Alen is on the first floor on the east side of the house. There are kitchen, living-room, bedroom, 2 children rooms, bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. The kitchen is modern and equipped with oven, dishwasher machine, big refrigerator and utensil. In the living room there are table and chairs, extension couch for two persons and air-conditioner. The apartment has covered terrace with a view of the sea. In the bedroom there is twin bed. One children room is double-bedded and another smaller one is single-bedded room. This apartment is most suitable for 5 persons, however in case of need it can take up to 7 persons.

Apartment David is intended for 4 to 5 persons. It is situated on the ground floor on the east side of the house. In front of the entrance is a large terrace with swings for children, own parking place and barbecue. The apartment has a view of the sea. When entering apartment you step into modern kitchen equipped with table, chairs, utensil, refrigerator, TV and TV satellite. There are two rooms: room with twin bed (2 persons) and single-bedded room with one single bed and bed-on-top for 2 persons. In the apartment is bathroom with shower-bath and toilet.

Apartment Doris is intended for 4 persons and it is on the first floor of the house. It has terrace with the view of the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms with twin bed, TV, TV satellite, air-conditioner and bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with utensil, refrigerator, table and chairs.

Apartment Iris is intended for 2 to 3 persons. It is situated on the ground floor on the west side of the house. It has its own entrance and big terrace in front of a house. The apartment is built as the studio with small kitchen equipped with utensil, refrigerator, TV, TV satellite, table and chairs, extension couch for one or two persons, twin bed, bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. The apartment has the view of the sea.

The owner Janez had moved from Maribor, Slovenia to Postira and married Suzana, girl from Postira. They have 4 children. The eldest son Alen is excellent tennis-player who can be deserving opponent to any guest who wants to play high quality tennis. In hairdresser's situated on the ground floor of the house, Suzana will take care of your hairstyle to glitter in fashionable and beautiful look for fair price. Janez, the owner, will look after your personal security and security of your cars, since he is employed as a policeman on the island.

Postira is small picturesque Dalmatian place with numerous attractive beaches and bays, surrounded by pine trees, olive groves and vineyards. It is situated 10 km, nearly 10 minutes of driving from Supetar, main town of the island of Brac. By using comfortable and air-conditioned ferry from Split it will take you approximately 60 minutes to get to the island Brac. Connection to the mainland by ferry lines to Split as well as by boat lines is frequently.

Majority of 1500 inhabitants of Postira is still in one's thirties or younger. Besides the tourism and agriculture the traditional fishing and maritime affairs are part of tradition of its inhabitants. Postira offers tranquility, peace and pleasure in taking long walks along beautiful coast, wonderful, unique and virgin beaches and through the pine woods.
