Apartments Maslina Igrane

Apartments Maslina are located in the small seaside place Igrane on the Makarska Riviera and offers its guests three apartments, the small apartment of 15 m2 in the ground floor and two large apartments on the first floor (blue and green).

 The studio apartment is suitable for two people. If the family has a small child and want a child to sleep with them in bed, the owner does not mind. Before the studio is a spacious terrace, 40 m2, with a separate entrance, and is itself a guest studio. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove and refrigerator and all necessary kitchenware. The studio has satellite TV, bed linen and towels and free Wi-Fi access and parking in front of the house.

 Apartment Blue, 40 m2, has one bedroom with three beds and a living room where the sofa, which can serve as a bed. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons and children up to 12 years. Living room and kitchen are in one room. They are equipped with new furniture, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils and dishes for preparing and serving meals. The apartment has satellite TV, bed linen, towels, in the bathroom is a hair dryer. For guests is ensured parking and free internet access. The apartment is air-conditioned.

 Green Apartment, 45 m2, has two bedrooms and a living room, where is also the kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. The living room has a sofa which can be bed for a child. The apartment is well equipped, like the Blue Apartment.

 Both apartments have balconies with sea views.

 Prices are:

 Apartment Blue: before and after season € 40 / night, high season 60-75 € / night

 Apartment Green: before and after season € 45 / night, high season 65-80 € / night

 Studio: before and after season € 25 / night, high season 35-40 € / night

 Price in high season depends on the time and length of rental. The beginning and end of the season and a longer staying price is lower, mid-season and shorter stays have a higher price.

 Around the house is a garden with olive trees, figs, almonds and lemons, with various fruits and lots of flowers. In the garden is an outdoor barbecue, which is available to guests.

 Apartments are from the main beach about 100 meters from the town center is about 200 meters. For all who want a more intimate and less crowded beaches, there are around the city a few small beautiful beaches.

 In Igrane are several restaurants and bars, souvenir shops, post office, exchange office and two shops. If you want to visit the islands of Brac, Hvar or Korcula, there are organized boat excursions. You can also rent a water scooter, available is diving school, or simply enjoywalks by the sea or hiking on Biokovo.

 Igrane has an excellent position between Split (75 km) and Dubrovnik (150 km), two important cultural centers that they need to visit. Shrine of Medjugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina is located only 100 km away from us.
