Niko holiday house is a new house located 70 meters from the pebble sandy beach - on the peninsula of Peljesac in Drace. The house is located in an old olive grove total area of 3000m2, and offers accommodation in 5 apartments for 2-8 persons. All apartments have a balcony or terrace with lovely views of the sea and green, completely equipped kitchen, parking space, heating, use the outdoor grill and access inetrnet. It is located 500m from the center of Drace. Drace is  located in a wide bay, a great choice for family vacation. Very good transport links with the rest of Croatian allows you to visit many attractive destinations on the mainland and islands. Proximity to the most famous and the most attractive tourist destinations on Mediterranean - the city of Dubrovnik is only 80 km.

Apartment 1 for 2 people, on the first floor area of 24 m2, balcony 6m2, allowed small and large pets.

Apartment 2 is for up to 3 people, has one double bed and one single bed, on the first floor, a large 22m2, balcony 8m2, allowed small and large pets.

Apartment 3 for 4 people, first floor, has a double bed and a sofa bed, a large 30 m2, balcony 8m2, allowed small and large pets.

Apartment 4 for the 3 people, one double and one single bed, 21m2, 5m2, first floor, allowed small and large pets.

Apartment 5 for up to 8 people, is located on the ground floor, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a toilet and another toilet. It has 120 m2 and has a balcony 20m2. The apartment is air conditioned, has sat cab tv, lcd, dvd, dishwasher and washing machine,  mooring for a boat. Not permitted pets.

Drace is a small town and bay on the northern coast of the Peljesac peninsula. In the near Durres is the historic town of Ston which also called "City of Salt." In Drace has several beautiful beaches where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing. The place is quiet and ideal for family vacation with small children. Lovers of gastronomy in the delicacies of this region can enjoy the restaurant "Porat" tavern "Dalmatian house" .Drače is a picturesque village, belongs to the Dubrovnik-Neretva parish. Excellent road link to the mainland enabling excursions to the breathtaking surroundings.

Residents of this miniature places has always been engaged in agriculture and fishing, and more recently, tourism. In recent years, they built numerous apartments in private accommodation. Most apartments are located along the coast because Drace very small place with only seventy inhabitants. Nice beaches can be found in the bays Brijesta, Stinjivac and Blaževo.

Around Drace there are small pebble and rocky beaches, as well as concrete swimming areas in front of private houses. If you prefer rocks, you can go the bays nearby.

In most of these small beaches sea entrance is pebble or rocky and after there is a sandy bottom.

These small beaches around Drace are located on the northeast side of Peninsular Pelješac on THE LITTLE SEA (Malo more) - between Pelješac and mainland, sheltered and gentle with numerous islets.

In the south of Croatian is the second largest Croatian peninsula called Peljesac. Peljesac Peninsula stretches along the coast, that is. From Ston to Cape hunting grounds and is 65 km long and wide just over 6 km. On this picturesque peninsula alternating stony hills and fertile valleys and forests of cypress, Aleppo pine and pines. By the Peljesac peninsula can be reached by car the main road along the coast from Ston. While traveling by car from Split to the peninsula, on the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina in Neum will need a passport. Relationship ferry Peninsula has to Ploce (from Trpanj), with Korcula (from Orebic) and Mljet (from Trstenik).
