One-bedroom apartment in the center of Opatija, 100 m from the sea and the beach.

The apartment is very pleasant, suitable for vacation or holiday because it has beautiful views of the sea and roofs, large windows and is very bright. Just across the road is a bakery, market, fish market, many restaurants and hotels.

The apartment is suitable for two to four people, families with children or two couples. The bedroom has a double bed and a large cupboard, and in the living room folding bed for two people. The kitchen has electric cooking plate, microwave and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. From other devices, there is TV, air conditioning and Internet connection.In the apartment you will find everything you need, even for a longer stay (hairdryer, needle, thread, basic necessities ...).

Apartment was completely renovated in 2012 and equipped with new furniture.

The beaches are located very close, the sea is 80 meters away, as well as the famous promenade Lungo Mare. The beaches are decorated to a high standard, to them you will find shade as well as sun loungers and sunumbrellas. On the beaches are toilets, a lot of bars, beaches are suitable for all ages.

Here you will be greeted by a beautiful view of the entire Kvarner Bay.The city of Rijeka is 10 km away, suitable for one dayi trip or if you want to restore a wardrobe in one of the shopping malls or simply go to the theatre or cinema.

Opatija, often called the “Nice of the Adriatic”, is one of Croatia's most renowned tourist destinations, and also the town with the longest tourist tradition on the eastern shores of the Adriatic. Opatija was the first resort on the Adriatic to introduce tourism statistics in 1883. The first hotel, Kvarner, was built with Austrian investment in 1884 right on the coast.
