We welcome you on one of the most beautiful islands in Adriatic sea, island Brac. It is located on Adriatic sea, Croatia. Warm hospitality, clean sea and number of historical places are really something you must see. We offer you accommodation in a very picturesque town called Milna. Besides rich history, this old Dalmatian town is also known as one of the best ACI marines on Adriatic sea.

Our apartments are located app. 250 meters from the beach with a great view on the sea, and some 300 meters from the centre of the town. So if you are looking for a place to rest and enjoy in your holiday you have just found it! You won’t be disappointed with things we have in our offer, plus we are very affordable, so you won’t be spending few monthly salaries for a few days on the sea... So check us out!!!

Building has 4 apartments. Size of the each apartment is 40 m2 with a covered terrace of 15m2. Two apartments have 2 twin rooms (2 rooms with 2 beds in each one) with a couch in the living room. And the other 2 are with 1 double room and 1 twin room (1 room with matrimonial bed and 1 with two separate beds), also with a couch in the living room. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge and all necessary cooking and eating sets), bathroom with hot and cold water in both places and TV.

We provide clean linen and sheets, and we also offer possibility of using a laundry washing machine on request. There’s also possibility of using a grill in the yard. Each apartment has its own place for parking, on the frontward of the building. Distance between them and the beach is app. 250 m and app. 300 m to the centre of the town.

On the west side of island Brac, one of the most beautiful bays on Adriatic coast has found a place. Protected from the wind, and filled with sun, with sand and pebble beaches Milna stands up as a jewel of Dalmatian tourist offer. From the past it has been a place of the fishermen and well known sailors, and today it is one of the best and most desirable ACI marines on Adriatic coast.

A noble family of Cerinic founded it, at the end of the 16th century, by building a Church of St. Maria and a fortress around. That was the original core around which the town has grown. During the centuries Milna was changing her masters as same as the other parts of Dalmatia. Today, it is a place that has kept its old spirit from the past. Houses put together very closely with a narrow, stone streets and old fishermen boats are giving Milna very special magic. Here you will, most definitely, refresh your long time forgotten feelings…

Nearby lay little villages Bobovisce, Lozisce and Bobovisce On The Sea , well known after a good wine, olive oil and a crystal clean sea. In company of open-hearted people from this area you will have most wonderful vacation which will be locked in your heart forever... Mild climate, beautiful nature, clean sea and remarkable beaches, rich archaeological sites… all this makes the island irresistible and therefore it becomes a jewel of Croatian tourist offer.

There are many things worth visiting on Brac, but without a doubt the first one you would like to see after your arrival is the city beach . It is 1,5 km long, with showers, flat stones on which you can get nice thane and, of course, a pine wood across it where you can get away from the sun. There are also a couple of café bars where you can refresh yourself.

For those who seek more privacy and romance, there are numerous little bays near Milna, hidden from view. For example you can visit pretty Lucice, which will enchant you with it´s untouched beauty. Near it, is a fishing harbour Osibovo, with Romanic church of St. Joseph. Above the city is the Church of St. Martin positioned on a hill from which you can see islands and small boats spread on the sea. Within Milna gulf is a tiny island Mrdulja with remaining of little church which is certainly worth of seeing!

One of the famous trip places is " Blaca desert " which is considered to be one of the most beautiful places on Brac. You can reach it only on foot through Nereziste. It is about 2 hours of walk from Bol. Blaca was founded by glagolic monks in 1588. There, you can find an old church and monastery which is today scientific institution with a valuable ethnographic artefacts. The monastery is bellow the tall cliff and it has valuable archive, stylish furniture, observatory with large telescope and rich library with maps made by H.Hondius and J.Iasonus dated 1623.

For those who like climbing on mountains, a visit to Vidova gora should be great experience. The top of it is one of the highest peaks of all Adriatic islands ( 778m ).There´s a great view from the top on all sides of Brac as well as on the island Hvar , and on sunny day you can even see italian coast. A hundred meters from the top there are remaining of old Christian chapel of St. Vidius which gave the mountain its name. Of course you can get thirsty during the climbing so you can refresh in a typical "Dalmatian conoba" with rich vine cellar. You will also enjoy in fresh, clean mountain air and a unique park.

Not far away from the peak is Draconian Cave also known as The Dragon Cave after the dragon which an unknown monk chiselled on cave wall in 15th century. Beside the dragon there are numerous symbols of old Slavic mythology. Skrip is the oldest place in Brac. It was founded by Illyrian tribe. During the reign of roman empire Diocletian´s the stone for his palace in Split was mined there (today´s Split grew from that palace). Therefore Škrip has illyrian and roman roots.

MUSEUM IN SKRIP

Tower Radojkovic was built during the wars in the 16th century. It is located in Skrip - the oldest settlement in the island. Today it is museum. The tower has windows on sides of protecting walls and loopholes also. This building´s important feature is in its 3 ethnical layers as well: Illyrian, Roman and Croatian. The Radojkovic family were some kind of sacristans-patrons; they restored churches and helped them out with money, ensuring the advisor over them that way, and becoming church wardens and persons of importance and honour. There were several such families of patrons who quarrelled among themselves in questions of advisor. "Affair of honour" between Radojkovic and Bajkovic family lasted for 128 years.

Tower Radojkovic is a part of a larger complex of ambient houses located in the village of Skrip. In 1979 the Museum was opened here. The main patron of this museum is Petrito Fabjanovic, a famous master-builder and restorer. In this native museum there are different things worth seeing from different periods of time; archaeological findings from the caves, Illyrian and Roman monuments, pictures, books and photographs from contemporary history as well as ancient history of the island. Near the museum there is a belvedere.

There is also a village cemetery and several churches nearby: the church of Holly Spirit , the church of St John and the church of St Anna which used to belong to the convent, now long gone, with no remnants left.
